As someone diagnosed with ADHD since 5 and many autistic symptoms I’ve found most most fidget toys don’t do it however random shit around the house does the fidget job better imo

I just got the magnetic rings. I am a big fan of magnets, but I agree with Mark here. I don't want things that make noise since I work in an office setting. I bought the hand roller thing before I watched the video and I'm glad I did now. Amazon customers and Mark rave about it, so I might like it.

Mark should get a spinning thumb ring, it’s one of my favorite fidgets and if he loves the magnet rings except for noise and having to think, highly recommend
